Benchmark has also been honored with the award of Excellence in Community Development for our work on the Design, Planning, and Construction phases in 2020 for The Refinery Apartments and Verde II at Howard Square.
On Thursday November 14, 2019, Benchmark Engineering won the 2019 Excellence in Community Development Award for our work on the design, planning, and construction phases of Highland Reserve.
On Thursday September 18, 2014, Benchmark Engineering won the 2014 Excellence in Community Development Award for our work on the design, planning, and construction phases of Howard Square.
Benchmark has also been honored with the award of Excellence in Community Development for our work on the Design, Planning, and Construction phases in 2009 for Penniman Park Apartments and 2013 for Reservoir Ridge.
